개인정보처리방침 (하루목표)

개인 개발자 강범규(이하 "운영자")는 하루목표 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 앱에서 어떤 정보를 처리하는지, 어떤 목적으로 사용하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
1) 이용자가 직접 입력한 정보
- 연간 목표, 오늘의 할 일, 진행률, 반복 설정 등 이용자가 앱에 입력한 데이터
2) 기기/서비스 이용 과정에서 처리되는 정보
- 알림 설정 정보(리마인더 시간, 알림 활성화 여부)
- iCloud 동기화 사용 시 iCloud 저장 데이터(앱 데이터 백업/동기화 목적)
3) 수집하지 않는 정보
- 회원가입 정보(이메일/비밀번호)
- 위치정보
- 결제정보
- 광고식별자(IDFA)

2. 정보 이용 목적
- 할 일/목표 관리 기능 제공
- 기기 내 데이터 저장 및 복원
- iCloud를 통한 데이터 백업 및 동기화
- 리마인더 알림 제공
3. 정보 보관 및 처리 위치
- 기본적으로 데이터는 이용자 기기에 로컬 저장됩니다.
- 이용자가 iCloud 동기화를 사용하는 경우, 데이터는 Apple iCloud를 통해 저장/동기화될 수 있습니다.
- 운영자가 별도 자체 서버에 이용자 데이터를 업로드하여 저장하지 않습니다(현재 버전 기준).
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 플랫폼을 사용할 수 있습니다.
- Apple iCloud (백업/동기화)
- Apple Push Notification Service(APNs) 또는 기기 알림 기능(알림 제공)
5. 보관 기간 및 파기
- 이용자 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 이용자가 앱 내 데이터 초기화 기능 또는 iCloud 데이터 삭제를 수행하면 해당 데이터는 삭제됩니다.
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관 후 파기합니다.
6. 이용자 권리
이용자는 다음 권리를 가집니다.
- 앱 내 데이터 열람/수정/삭제
- 알림 권한 허용/철회
- iCloud 동기화 데이터 관리(Apple 계정 설정 포함)
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 특정 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 보안
운영자는 개인정보 보호를 위해 합리적인 기술적/관리적 조치를 적용합니다. 다만, 인터넷/모바일 환경의 특성상 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
9. 정책 변경
본 개인정보처리방침은 법령/서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 앱 또는 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다.

BEOMKYU KANG(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Haru Goal mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and your rights.
1. Information We Process
a) Information you provide
- Yearly goals, daily tasks, progress values, repeat settings, and other planning data you enter in the App.
b) Information processed during app usage
- Notification settings (reminder time, enabled/disabled status)
- iCloud-stored data when iCloud sync/backup is enabled
c) Information we do not collect (current version)
- Account credentials (no email/password sign-up)
- Location data
- Payment information
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
If this changes in future versions, we will update this policy.
2. Why We Process Information
We process information to:
- Provide core planning and task management features
- Save and restore your data on your device
- Sync/backup your data via iCloud (if enabled)
- Deliver reminder notifications
3. Where Data Is Stored
- By default, your data is stored locally on your device.
- If iCloud sync is enabled, your data may be stored/synced through Apple iCloud.
- We do not currently operate a separate backend that uploads and stores your personal planning data.
4. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
The App may rely on:
- Apple iCloud (data backup/sync)
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or device notification services (reminders)
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Data is retained until you delete it, reset app data, or remove the App.
- If you remove iCloud data or disable sync and delete data, related records are removed according to Apple platform behavior.
- Where legally required, we may retain limited records for the required period.
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, edit, or delete your data in the App
- Enable/disable notification permissions in device settings
- Manage iCloud data through your Apple account/device settings
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Material updates will be posted in the App and/or on our website.
